Q,Z 9 AN ORDINANCE fixing and establishing the grade of the ALLEY West of HOYT AVENUE from 26th Street to 25th Street, being the alley in Block 560 of Monitor Addition and Block 560 of Ruckers First Addition. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett has determined that public necessity demands that the grade of the alley west of Hoyt Avenue from 26th Street to 25th Street be established. .1 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 1 E Section 1: That the property line grades of the alley west of Hoyt Avenue from 26th Street to 25th Street be established at the following elevations: Beginning at Station 0+00 which is the north property line of 26th Street; thence north along the alley property lines : to Station 4+00 which is the south property line of 25th Street.
