23.This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding upon the undersigned Owner(s) and their respective successors and assigns; and 2.4.This Covenant shall not be modified or terminated without the express written consent of the City of Everett Director of Planning and Community Development;and 2.5. The City of Everett Director of Planning and Community Development or his/her designee is granted the right to enter onto the Property at all reasonable times to inspect the Property to determine its compliance with the provisions of this Covenant.
