The <br /> construction plans and this document collectively constitute the Stormwater Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan (SWPPP). <br /> The proposal is to create a three residential apartments as one duplex and one cottage, each <br /> with garages, and a common drive aisle and walkways, see Figure 2 Developed Site or see plan <br /> set for more detail. The drive aisle shall access Oakes via an easement across the northern, <br /> adjacent parcel. An existing driveway apron and curb cut from the subject parcel to Oakes <br /> Avenue will be replaced with curb, planter and sidewalk section.
