A inquiry to the City <br /> regarding downstream concerns or special needs for this site has returned no special needs <br /> other than prescribed by Public Works Policy 2-11. <br /> No additional conveyance calculations are required. <br /> I EXISTING CONDITIONS SUMMARY <br /> DESCRIPTION <br /> I The rectangular lot of approximately 6,000 sf (0.14 ac) previously contained a single family <br /> residence with an associated driveway and walkways. The former home and driveway were <br /> partially demolished in or about 2007, and the foundation was incompletely removed <br /> sometime in 2012.
