Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> 1 .0 Introduction <br /> This Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has been prepared as part of the City of <br /> Everett's Development Permit issued for the Pinehurst Ave Duplex , project in the incorporated <br /> limits of the City of Everett. This project proposes the construction of a duplex residence on an <br /> existing lot in the central City of Everett. The project is located at 2215 Pinehurst Avenue, Everett, <br /> WA 98203 in the SW% of the SWW % Section 5, Township 28N., Range 5 E., W.M. in City of <br /> Everett. The tax account number for the parcel is 00544701002900. <br /> The current parcel is 8941 s.f. <br /> The project is subject to the regulations outlined in the City of Everett Drainage Code (Title <br /> 30.63A), as well as the 2014 DOE Drainage Manual (2014 Manual).
