Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> Name, title, and signature of person conducting the site <br /> inspection; and the following statement: "I certify under penalty of <br /> law that this report is true, accurate, and complete, to the best of <br /> my knowledge and belief". <br /> When the site inspection indicates that the site is not in compliance with any terms and <br /> conditions of the NPDES permit, the Permittee shall take immediate action(s) to: stop, <br /> contain, and clean up the unauthorized discharges, or otherwise stop the <br /> noncompliance; correct the problem(s); implement appropriate Best Management <br /> Practices (BMPs), and/or conduct maintenance of existing BMPs; and achieve <br /> compliance with all applicable standards and permit conditions. In addition, if the <br /> noncompliance causes a threat to human health or the environment, the Permittee shall <br /> comply with the Noncompliance Notification requirements in Special Condition S5.F of <br /> the permit. <br /> 33 <br />
