FINDINGS AND DECISION • <br /> OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION <br /> OF THE CITY OF EVERETT FOR APPROVAL <br /> OF A SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOP- <br /> MENT PERMIT SMA #09-003 <br /> DECISION: It is hereby ordered that the Applicant, the City of <br /> Everett Engineering Services, shall receive a Shoreline <br /> Substantial Development Permit for the regrading of a <br /> parcel between 41st Street and 36th Street, west of the <br /> Snohomish River on the landfill site of the Riverfront <br /> Development Project in the City of Everett, <br /> Washington. This Shoreline Permit shall include <br /> spreading of materials, amending yards of sand if <br /> needed due to wet weather conditions, stockpiling of <br /> other materials, and demolishing an animal shelter <br /> facility. The Shoreline Permit is granted subject to the <br /> conditions listed herein. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The City of Everett Engineering Services (Applicant) requested approval of a Shoreline <br /> Substantial Development Permit (Shoreline Permit) for grading activity on property <br /> between 41st Street and 36th Street, west of the Snohomish River on the landfill site of <br /> the Riverfront Development Project in Everett, Washington (subject property).
