(1 ) $5.00 per hour per uniform man and city vehicle <br /> or any portion thereof; <br /> (2) $5.00 per hour per each additional uniform man <br /> and city vehicle. <br /> That the applicant for a permit to move such building, <br /> structure or wide load shall pay to the City Treasurer <br /> of the City of Everett the fees hereinabove provided <br /> and give to the Chief of Police evidence of such pay- <br /> ment. <br /> Cash or a certified check in the amount of $200.00 shall <br /> be deposited with the City Treasurer of the City of <br /> Everett when the moving permit is issued to cover the <br /> expenses of the fees in paragraphs (b) and (c) , above, <br /> when such requirement is made a condition of the grant- <br /> ing of the permit and to further cover the cost of <br /> repair to city streets, curb, gutters or sidewalk <br /> damaged as a result of removing or moving or transport- <br /> ing such building, structure or wide load along the <br /> city avenues , or streets, or public places . The cost <br /> of moving traffic signals and other communication devices <br /> as set forth herein based upon the rates hereinabove pro- <br /> vided together with the cost of moving escort or escorts <br /> as provided by the rates hereinabove set forth &hal-1 be '1,' ''ti <br /> deducted from the cash deposit by the City Treasurer. <br /> Further, in the event of any damage to city streets , curbs , <br /> gutters or sidewalks or other city property as a result of <br /> the moving of such building, or structure, or wide load, <br /> the cost of repair thereof shall be deducted from such <br /> cash deposit . The balance remaining shall be refunded to <br /> the applicant .
