(1 ) $5.00 per hour per uniform man and city vehicle or any portion thereof; (2) $5.00 per hour per each additional uniform man and city vehicle. That the applicant for a permit to move such building, structure or wide load shall pay to the City Treasurer of the City of Everett the fees hereinabove provided and give to the Chief of Police evidence of such pay- ment. Cash or a certified check in the amount of $200.00 shall be deposited with the City Treasurer of the City of Everett when the moving permit is issued to cover the expenses of the fees in paragraphs (b) and (c) , above, when such requirement is made a condition of the grant- ing of the permit and to further cover the cost of repair to city streets, curb, gutters or sidewalk damaged as a result of removing or moving or transport- ing such building, structure or wide load along the city avenues , or streets, or public places . The cost of moving traffic signals and other communication devices as set forth herein based upon the rates hereinabove pro- vided together with the cost of moving escort or escorts as provided by the rates hereinabove set forth &hal-1 be '1,' ''ti deducted from the cash deposit by the City Treasurer. Further, in the event of any damage to city streets , curbs , gutters or sidewalks or other city property as a result of the moving of such building, or structure, or wide load, the cost of repair thereof shall be deducted from such cash deposit . The balance remaining shall be refunded to the applicant . Time and rates for the removal of each building shall be reported by the police uniform escorts and by the communication department head to the City Treasurer upon the completion of the moving of such building.
