The Site's <br />borders are 36th Street to the north, Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railroad track to the west and east, and the <br />Simpson site to the south. The Snohomish River and wetlands are to the east of the Site. At this time the only structures <br />at the site relate to sewer lift stations and control facilities for the environmental control systems for leachate and landfill <br />gas. <br />
