State of Washington Department of Ecology <br />Agreement No: TCPRA-1921-EverPW-00080 <br />Project Title; Everett Landfill Tire Fire <br />Recipient Name: <br />SCOPE OF WORD <br />Task Number: <br />Task Title: <br />CITY OF EVERE T"1 <br />0 <br />Task Cost: $120,000.00 <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY AND REMEDY SELECTION - J004 <br />Page 11 of 27 <br />Task Description: <br />This task fiends RECIPIENT eligible costs ECOLOGY deems reasonable and necessary to complete Sampling and Analysis <br />Plan (SAP) Revisions, feasibility studies, consistent with Consent Decree No. 012 03640 6 for the site. <br />Eligible activities include SAP revisions, project management costs, a review of existing well and gas probe locations and the <br />installation of new monitoring wells and landfill gas probes at other locations as needed. This includes any surveying, mapping, <br />brush clearing and site preparation activities or vactor services needed to replace the wells or initiate the advancement of the <br />boreholes to replace the damaged probes.
