• ORDINANCE NO.4013. AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacating of the following described portion of street and alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to-wit:. That portion of Nassau Street: Begin at the intersection of the W line of the Northern Pacific Railway Co. r/w with the N line of 23rd St. produced Wly in its present platted direction from the Plat of Everett, Division G; thence angle left 82°39' alg the W line of the Northern Pacific Railway Co. r/w for 5.97 ft. to the NE corner of vacated Nassau St. and the tpob; thence angle right 82°39' for 50.E+1 ft. to the NW corner of vacated Nassau St.; thence angle right 97°21' along the W line of Nassau St. and the W line of the old Northern Pacific Railway r/w for 6.05 ft . ; thence angle right 82°39' for 33.00 ft . ; thence angle R 19 50f20" for 17.68 ft. to the tpob. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the privatO property abutting upon the portion of street and alley above • described have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of street and alley, and • WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did by resolution duly adopted, fix the 7th day of May, 1964, at 10:00 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition, and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing objec- tions to the vacating of the herein described portion of street and alley were heard and discussed, and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said petition should be granted subject to certain reservations and exceptions and said City Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described portion of said street and alley subject to certain reservations and exceptions.
