ORDINANCE NO. 4010. <br /> AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING SOLICITORS AND CANVASSERS TO CARRY <br /> CITY LICENSE ON PERSON WHILE SOLICITING OR CANVASSING, <br /> AND FIXING DAYS AND HOURS DURING WHICH SOLICITING AND <br /> CANVASSING MAY BE CONDUCTED OR CARRIED ON IN THE CITY AND <br /> AMENDING SECTIONS 3.34.070 OF THE EVERETT CITY CODE. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That Section 3.34.070, be and the same <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> 3.34.070. License - Carry on Person - Exhibition - <br /> Days and Hours for Soliciting. Solicitors and canvassers <br /> are required to carry the license issued to them under the <br /> provisions of this Chapter on their person at all times <br /> while engaged in soliciting and canvassing within the City <br /> of Everett, and said solicitors and canvassers are required <br /> to exhibit such license at the request of any citizen con- <br /> tacted by such licensee.
