l 6 • <br /> (a) "Supermarket Show" . A "Supermarket Show" <br /> shall be defined to be that type of show, which <br /> is given solely for the purpose of advertising <br /> or a trade stimulus or promotion and includes <br /> an animal act and rides , the admission to which <br /> show is free, but rates may be charged for rides; <br /> for such described show, there shall be a fee of <br /> $15 .00 per calendar week or fraction thereof . <br /> (b) "Ballpark and Auditorium Show'! A "Ballpark <br /> and Auditorium Show" shall be defined generally <br /> as that type of circus-type exhibition which does <br /> not have a large circus tent , and which is trans- <br /> ported by not more than five motor trucks. Such <br /> a "Ballpark and Auditorium Show" shall pay a <br /> license fee of $35 .00 for a series of performances <br /> not to exceed over two days . <br /> (c) "Small Family Circus" . A "Small Family Circus" <br /> shall be defined to be generally that type of Circus <br /> exhibition which has a main tent which is erected <br /> out of doors together with side shows and is trans- <br /> ported by not more than twelve ,motor trucks. A <br /> "Small Family Circus" shall pay a license fee of <br /> $50.00 which performances and exhibitions to the <br /> public by such type show shall not exceed over two <br /> days. <br /> (d) "Big Circus Show" . A "Big Circus Show" shall <br /> be defined to be that type of circus show that <br /> is presented out of doors with a main circus tent <br /> and with side shows and which is transported with <br /> more than twelve motor trucks . Such a type show <br /> shall pay a license fee of $150.00 for two days . <br /> (e) "Carnivals" . A "Carnival" or carnival type <br /> show shall be defined to be that type of exhibition <br /> or entertainment out of doors which provides games , <br /> rides , concessions and side shows but has no <br /> main tent for display of circus acts . For such <br /> type shows, there shall be paid a fee of $75 .00 <br /> for a series of performances not to exceed eight <br /> consecutive days . <br /> That for purposes of this ordinance and the sub- <br /> sect i onsabove set forth, a "Motor Truck" shall be de- <br /> fined to be a motor vehicle weighing one and one-half <br /> tons or more, unloaded. <br /> Section 3: That Sections 3.52.040, 3.52.050, 3 .52.070, <br /> be and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 4: That there is hereby declared to exist <br /> an emergency and this Ordinance shall take effect upon <br /> its passage and publication. <br /> 7 a ,--4-- <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest. <br /> Ci y t <br /> k <br /> Passed: M A Y, 5, 196,E <br /> Published: " 12, 1964 <br />
