r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 672, for the <br /> improvement of: <br /> DORN AVENUE from Holly Drive southeasterly for <br /> 450 feet M/L; HOLLY DRIVE from its intersection <br /> with Evergreen Way northeasterly to the end of <br /> the existing water main 34.8 feet M/L southwesterly <br /> of 3RD AVENUE (in Plat of Beverly Garden Tracts Div. <br /> No. 1; Replat of Lot 15, Plat of Beverley Garden <br /> Tracts Div . No. 1 and unplatted land in Section 13, <br /> Twp. 28 N, R4EWM, Everett, Washington) and 3RD <br /> AVENUE from Holly Drive to 92nd Street (Dorn Avenue) <br /> ; by the construction of a 6" cast iron water main together with <br /> three (3) fire hydrants and necessary appurtenances and doing <br /> such other work as may be necessary therewith to make a complete <br /> improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3963 of the <br /> City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against <br /> the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property <br /> as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds there- <br /> for, and fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 672 for the improvement of: <br /> DORN AVENUE from Holly Drive southeasterly for <br /> 11 450 feet M/L; HOLLY DRIVE from its intersection <br /> with Evergreen Way northeasterly to the end of <br /> the existing water main 34.8 feet M/L south- <br /> " westerly of 3RD AVENUE (in Plat of Beverly Garden <br /> Tracts Div. No. 1; Replat of Lot 15, Plat of <br /> Beverly Garden Tracts Div. No. 1 and unplatted <br /> land in Section 13, Twp. 28 N, R 4EWM Everett, <br /> Washington) and 3RD AVENUE from Holly Drive to <br /> 92nd Street (Dorn Avenue) <br /> be improved by the construction of a 6" cast iron water main, <br /> together with necessary appurtenances, and doing such other work <br /> as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete <br /> improvement, all in acoordance with Ordinance No. 3963 of the <br /> City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is <br /> hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property <br /> appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the <br /> same. <br />
