} • . <br /> • <br /> ° ORDINANCE NO. 0,0 <br /> AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $q 7 j 5? 61° FROM <br /> UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS IN THE WATER DEPARTMENT TO CAPITAL <br /> OUTLAY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR;THE ACQUISITION OF THE <br /> BEVERLY PARK WATER SYSTEM FROM THE SNOHOMISH COUNTY PUBLIC <br /> UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1. <br /> WHEREAS, the Water Department of the City of Everett has <br /> = an unappropriated surplus in excess of e (5-75- c° which <br /> E has not been budgeted for expenditure in 1964, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the City of Everett have <br /> entered into a contract for the acquisition of the Beverly Park <br /> Water System from the Snohomish County Public Utility District <br /> i No. 1, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Sect. 1.
