s <br /> • • <br /> ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3995, <br /> AN ORDINANCE zoning certain areas annexed to the <br /> City of Everett, supplementing the zoning map of the City of <br /> Everett as established, Everett City Code, Chapter 15.04. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, has determined that <br /> the zoning of the area annexed to the City of Everett hereinafter <br /> described, should be made and is in harmony with the comprehensive <br /> land use for the City of Everett, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City of Everett does hereby declare <br /> tl! the property hereinafter described to be zoned for use as herein <br /> after designated and the accompanying zone map of said property <br /> is hereby adopted as a part of and a supplement to the zoning <br /> map of the City of Everett and that the zoning map of the City ; <br /> of Everett as established by Everett City Code Section 15.04.040 ' <br /> as above outlined, is hereby supplemented in accordance herewith4, <br /> ;, <br /> R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence Zone. <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of the SWu of Sec. 8, <br /> Township 28 N.
