• <br /> W . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> 1 <br /> 2 AN ORDIANANCE amending Section 9 of Ordinance No. 3527, <br /> Everett City Code, Section 9.08.090, dealing with the operation <br /> 3 of parking meters and establishing the time when parking meters <br /> shall be inoperation, and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> 4 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 5 Section 1 : Everett City Code, Section 9.08.090 is hereby <br /> s amended to read as follows : <br /> 7 9.08.090 Period of time parking meters ahall be in operation. <br /> Parking meters shall be in operation and restrictions on parking <br /> $ as herein set forth and the requirements contained herein for the <br /> depositing of coins in parking meters shall be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. <br /> 9 Monday through Saturday, inclusive, and parking meters shall not <br /> be in operation on Sundays or on the following holidays : <br /> 10 January 1st, July 4, First Monday in September, December 25th <br /> 11 and the day designated and set aside by the President of the <br /> united States as Thanksgiving Day. <br /> 12 Section 2: That an emergency is hereby declared to exist <br /> 13 and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Mayor <br /> 16 Attest : <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> C ty Clerk <br /> 19 Passed: Bee.; 31, 1963. <br /> 20 Published: Jan. 3, 1964 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
