<br /> Section 1 : That Section 4.8.010, Everett City Code,
<br /> 6 City of Everett, is amended to read as follows :

<br /> 7 4.38.010. Certain minors to be prohibited. It shall be
<br /> unlawful for any person owning, managing, or having control of any
<br /> 8 public card room or any place of entertainment injurious to health
<br /> or morals, to allow or permit any person under the age of twenty-one
<br /> 9 years, whether as employee, visitor, or patron, to enter or to loiter
<br /> wi in or about or to play cards in such place.

<br /> It shall be unlawful for any person owning, managing or
