t <br /> I <br /> including, but not limited to, furnishing timely Notice of the event and its effect on <br /> Contract Time and Contract Sum as required herein. <br /> ' Contractor shall in no event be entitled to a Contract Claim or adjustment of Contract <br /> Sum or Contract Time based on an allegation that the pre-existing subsurface or latent <br /> physical conditions at the site differing materially from those indicated in this Contract <br /> unless Contractor establishes that it reasonably relied on the conditions indicated in this <br /> Contract when making its bid, that the actual conditions encountered on the site differed <br /> materially from those indicated in this Contract, and that such materially-different <br /> conditions were not foreseeable at the time of its bid. <br /> Section 1-07.1 Laws to be Observed, is revised as shown below: <br /> 1-07 LEGAL RELATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 1-07,1 Laws to be Observed <br /> ' Revise 1-07.1 by replacing the second sentence of the first paragraph with the following: <br /> The Contractor shall indemnify, defend, and save harmless the City (including its agents, <br /> officers, and employees) against any claims that may arise because the Contractor (or any <br /> employee of the Contractor or Subcontractor or material person) violated a legal <br /> requirement. <br /> Supplement 1-07.1 by adding the following: <br /> The Contractor shall be in compliance at all times with all COVID-19 Requirements <br /> applicable to the Work. <br /> Contractor's Bid includes all costs necessary for the duration of the Work for compliance <br /> with Baseline COVID-19 Requirements.
