After recording mail to: <br />Real Property Manager <br />Real Property Department <br />City of Everett <br />3200 Cedar Street <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Grantor: City of Everett <br />Grantee: Wave Business Solutions, LLC <br />Abbreviated Legal: (Ptn. of) SW% NW%, 514, T28N, 114E <br />Assessor's Parcel No.: (Ptn. of) 28041400202700 <br />UTILITY EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />This easement is made the day of , 20_, between the CITY OF EVERETT, a <br />municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Washington (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Grantor") and WAVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, which <br />has the mailing address of 3700 Monte Villa Parkway, Bothell, Washington 98021, (hereinafter <br />referred to as "Grantee") for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable <br />consideration Grantor does hereby grant and convey to Grantee a non-exclusive utility <br />easement allowing Grantee to install and maintain fiber optic cable and associated equipment <br />and facilities (collectively, the "Network Facilities"), under/across the following described tract <br />of land, situated in Snohomish County, commonly known as Kasch Park Road: <br />That portion of the herein described property on the attached Schedule 1, <br />being a strip of land 2 feet in width, 1 foot on either side of the <br />telecommunications facilities as shown on the attached Schedule 2, and as <br />described on the attached Schedule 3. <br />This easement is granted subject to the following terms and conditions which Grantee her <br />promises to faithfully and fully observe and perform: <br />1.
