7 t \ <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3982. <br /> 2 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Section 9 of Ordinance No. 3527, <br /> 3 Everett City Code, Section 9.08.090, dealing with the operation of parking <br /> meters and establishing the time when parking meters shall be in opera- <br /> 4 tion, and declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> 5 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 6 Section 1: Everett City Code, Section 9.08.090 is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows : <br /> 7 <br /> 9.08.090 Period of time parking meters shall be in operation. <br /> 8 Parking meters shall be in operation and restrictions on parking as herein <br /> set forth and the requirements contained herein for the depositing of coins <br /> 9 in parking meters shall be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, <br /> inclusive, and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday.
