AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 669, for the improvement of: HOYT AVENUE from 45th Street to 47th Street; RUCKER AVENUE from 45th Street to 47th Street on east side only; 45TH STREET from Hoyt Avenue to alley east of Hoyt on south side only;, 47TH STREET from alley east of Hoyt Avenue to Rucker Avenue on north side only by the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs and gutters, by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks, by the installation of necessary drainage facilities; by the construction ! or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, ; water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances; by such grading or re-grading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a completb improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3919 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts, and parcels of land or other property as shown on said rolls, providing for the issuance of bonds there-: for, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 669 for the improvement of: HOYT AVENUE from 45th Street to 47th street; RUCKER AVENUE from 45th Street to 47th Street on east side only; 45TH STREET from Hoyt Avenue to alley east of Hoyt Avenue on south side only; 47TH STREET from alley east of Hoyt to Rucker on north side only by the construction of Portland cement concrete curbs and gutters, ' ' by the construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks, by the installation of necessary drainage facilities; by the construction' or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances; by such ' grading or re-grading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3919 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed . Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same .
