Failure to comply with this requirement may render the Bid <br /> non-responsive and may cause its rejection. <br /> This Addendum No.4 consists of 2 pages, including all revisions, attachments and <br /> details. <br /> The Bid date for receipt of Bids is not changed by this Addendum. <br /> ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS SUBMITTTED FOR CLARIFICATION <br /> Q1 - Does the washdown and cleaning water have to be disposed of offsite? - In <br /> discussions with WPCF staff, if it is screened, the washdown and <br /> cleaning water can be pumped approximately 50 ft. to the East, into the <br /> City's Aeration Pond#1.
