Grand Avenue Utilities Replacement,UP No. 3711 <br /> June 30,2020 Project No. 170095 <br /> The above scope and cost does NOT include civil stormwater drainage design, stormwater <br /> infiltration design other than rates, surveying, structural engineering, or services during <br /> construction. We are not providing an environmental (contamination impairment)assessment of the <br /> Site but will provide feedback if we observe potentially impacted surface and/or subsurface <br /> materials. Additional requested consultation beyond the scope of work described herein will be <br /> billed on a time and materials basis in accordance with Aspect's Schedule of Charges. <br /> Schedule <br /> We are prepared to begin work on this project immediately upon receiving notice to proceed(NTP). <br /> Assuming NTP on July 8, 2020, our Draft geotechnical report can be submitted within 6 weeks <br /> (August 19th)and our Final geotechnical report will be submitted by September 4,2020. A <br /> minimum of 3 business days prior to drilling, we will visit the Site to mark the boring locations in <br /> white paint and/or stakes for the required public locate request. We will take reasonable precautions <br /> to reduce the potential for damage to utilities; however, Aspect does not assume responsibility for <br /> the cost of repairing utilities that are unmarked or incorrectly marked. <br /> Page 4 <br />
