• <br /> July 15, 2020 <br /> President Tuohy announced that the Council is still abiding by Governor Inslee's <br /> Safe Start guidelines, and as a result, City Council meetings will continue to be held <br /> remotely with all meetings scheduled at 12:30 p.m. each Wednesday, except the <br /> first Wednesday of the month when the meeting is scheduled at 6:30 p.m. Citizens <br /> are encouraged to email public comments. Citizens may call in to listen to the <br /> Council meetings at 1.425.616.3920, Conference ID: 724 887 726# and meetings <br /> can be viewed on Comcast Channel 29, Frontier Channel 29,or on the City website. <br /> The special meeting and listening session of the Everett City Council was called to <br /> order at 4:01 p.m., July 15, 2020, Council President Tuohy presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Murphy, <br /> Vogeli, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present.
