She stated that the session was intended for Council members to obtain <br /> information and begin a dialogue. She noted that because this was a workshop, <br /> public comment would not be taken. President Tuohy encouraged citizens to <br /> forward comments to council@everettwa.gov following today's session. <br /> President Tuohy introduced Van Dinh-Kuno, Executive Director of Refugee & <br /> Immigrant Services Northwest (RISNW). <br /> Van Dihn-Kuno spoke about Everett's refugee & immigration population and its <br /> barriers to equity. <br /> • <br /> 208 <br />
