Therefore, sealed bids will be received at a new location <br /> and read publicly using a live streaming process only. Attendance at the bid opening is not <br /> allowed. <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Fire Administration Building TENANT <br /> IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT will be received the Purchasing Office, Monday— Friday from 8:00 <br /> a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at 3200 Cedar Street, Door #5, Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m. <br /> on June 2, 2020. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud Via live <br /> streaming only. If you have any questions about logging into <br /> the live streaming bid opening, call (425)257-8903. <br /> The Engineer's estimate for this Project is $1,250,000.00. <br /> Work being performed includes, but not limited to, office space renovation on both the <br /> 1st and 2nd floors; 1st floor ADA restroom, electrical, mechanical, phone and data <br /> systems; 1st and 2nd floor selected window replacements; and garage door <br /> replacements. at the Fire Administration Building located at 2801 Oakes Ave., Everett, <br /> WA 98201. <br /> Pre-bid walk-through will not be conducted due to social distance proclamation. Any <br /> interested bidders will utilize bid plans and specifications as a means for submitting <br /> base bid. Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an <br /> addendum to the bid documents and sent to all the planholders. <br /> Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and <br /> Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to <br /> www.bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "City of <br /> Everett".
