EXHIBIT B <br /> SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS <br /> The artist shall be paid as follows,provided that the maximum payment shall not exceed <br /> $110,000. The Artist shall be responsible for payment of all applicable local, state and federal <br /> taxes. The Artist shall provide all labor and materials necessary to produce and complete the <br /> Work and be responsible for delivery, installation and documentation of Work. <br /> • $40,000 upon receipt of invoice for conceptualization, research and preliminary work. <br /> • $40,000 upon receipt of documentary photographs showing Work at 50% completion stage. <br /> Cultural Commission staff will determine if Work is 50% complete by comparing <br /> documentary photographs with slides of similar completed work submitted by the artist in the <br /> call-for-artists application. <br /> • $30,000 upon completion of fabrication, receipt of support materials, and final acceptance of <br /> Work. <br />
