<br /> Purpose: •
<br /> The Core Employee Benefit Statement is a report that displays all dollar value
<br /> remuneration for an employee. It gives a full picture of all the dollar cost associated with
<br /> the employee.
<br /> Requirements:
<br /> The Benefit Statement outlines all Personal Earnings (moneys earned directly attributed
<br /> to hours worked) Benefit Earnings (additional money earned as indirect result of hours
<br /> worked) and Benefit dollars (money contributed or paid on the employee's behalf for
<br /> programs)
