e4Yeti
City of Everett, Washington
Employee Self Service (ESS) for Payroll only
Change Order CO-001
Title
Clarification regarding ESS for Payroll only
Background and Justification
The purpose of this Change Order is to amend the Statement of Work, to add additional Constraints and
Assumptions for clarification and understanding. Everett is running Cayenta v7.9.0.
This Change Order and Amendment is made by and between Cayenta, a Division of N. Harris Computer
Corporation and City of Everett and the Statement of Work made effective as of December 06, 2018.
Contact&General Information
City of Everett Cayenta (HARRIS)
Contact Dorothy Claymore (IT Project Manager) Richard Goodfellow(Account Manager)
Description of Change Request
Additional Constraints and Assumptions:
1) The ESS product is end of Development as it has been replaced (by the Connect Employee
product which is only available at Cayenta v9) but will continue to be supported by Cayenta. City
of Everett has chosen to implement the ESS product with the understanding that additional
Development will not be carried out, and only P1 (Critical)fixes will take place going forward.
2) City of Everett will only allow the ESS product to be run when on the city network or by personnel
accessing ESS using City approved secure methods.
Priority 1 —Critical
• System Down (Software Application, Hardware, Operating System, Database)
• Application errors without workarounds that prevent testers from testing
Incorrect calculation errors impacting a majority of data
Aborted postings or error messages preventing data integration and update
Performance issues of severe nature impacting critical processes
Note: the existence of a reasonable work-around precludes a Priority 1 issue in most cases.
Payment Milestone Revisions
The table below provides a description of the Milestone affected:
Cayenta,a Division of Harris Computer Systems
