For <br /> additional information on these legal requirements, see the "Administrative, National Policy, <br /> and Other Legal Requirements" section in OJP Grant Application Resource Guide. <br /> Information Technology (IT) Security Clauses <br /> General Information about Post-Federal Award Reporting Requirements <br /> In addition to addressing the objectives described in Section A. Program Description, <br /> any recipient of an award under this solicitation will be required to submit the following <br /> reports and data: <br /> Category 1 — Eligible Allocation Amounts of Less than $25,000 <br /> Recipients must submit: <br /> • Quarterly financial status reports (and one final financial report after all funds <br /> have been obligated and expended) through OJP's Grants Management <br /> System (GMS) <br /> • Quarterly performance measures report and final performance measures report <br /> through BJA's Performance Measurement Tool (PMT). Please note that as <br /> soon as all project activity has concluded, that report may be marked final <br /> • An annual progress report and final progress report through OJP's GMS.
