The Conflict Public Defense Attorney further warrants that its proposal, reflected in Section 2, Cam ep nsation, reflects all infrastructure, support, administrative services, routine investigation, and systems necessary to comply with the Standards. 1.4. Upon written documentation by the Conflict Public Defense Attorney, the Court shall consider additional compensation based upon the complexity of the case, the amount of hours devoted to the case and taking into consideration any other pertinent circumstances such as the number of pre-trial motlons filed and argued.
