13. The year from which the HOME funds will come from will be worked out with Snohomish <br /> County within the Snohomish County HOME contracts going to City Council. <br /> 14. The annual Community Development Block Grant Administration funding will the amount <br /> allowed from the annual grant and will be set-aside and no application made in the committee <br /> process. This is being done as a time saving action and because of the need to be more <br /> efficient with staff time. <br /> 15.
