Deputy Mayor Harper also clarified the <br /> chronology of events related to the encampment on Rucker Avenue. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall provided a brief update on the encampment located on <br /> Rucker Avenue. He stated the encampment is an illegal activity that violates the <br /> Everett zoning code and poses a threat to public health and safety.
