No <br /> it 2, produced Wly and Ely respectively in their <br /> i1platted direction, and <br /> Cherry Way (14th Ave . W. ) in the Plat of Beverly <br /> Berry Tracts Div . No . 2, from the south line of <br /> the Plat of Beverly Berry Tracts, Div. No . 2, <br /> to the common north line of Lots 47 and 48 of <br /> said Beverly Berry Tracts, Div . No . 2, produced <br /> Wly and Ely respectively in their platted direction . <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the • <br /> private property abutting upon the portion of street above . <br /> described have duly filed their petition with the City Council <br /> of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of street, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett ; <br /> did, by resolution duly adopted, fix the 28th day of March <br /> 1963 at 10:00 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination ; <br /> of the said petition, and <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place <br /> of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been ! <br /> given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law, and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fi;:ed for hearing, ,• <br /> objections to the vacating of the herein described portion of <br /> street were heard and discussed, and <br /> WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council that said <br /> ' petition should be granted and said City Council does hereby y <br /> determine to vacate the above described portion of said street . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION 1: That the portion of the streets in the <br /> City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, <br /> described as follows, to-wit: <br /> ' Loganberry Lane (18th Ave .
