The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to publish and mail during the following times the notices required <br /> to call for redemption the following-described bonds on the following <br /> dates, as more fully required in the following ordinances : <br /> Method Date of <br /> Bond Issue Ordinance Bonds of Call Giving Notice <br /> 10-1-57 No. 3633 All outstanding bonds As required Last 10 days <br /> maturing after 10-1-67 in Sec. 3, of August, <br /> Ordinance 1967 <br /> No. 3633 <br /> 4-1-60 No. 3754 All outstanding bonds As required Last 10 days <br /> maturing after 10-1-69 in Sec. 4, of August, 1969 <br /> Ordinance <br /> No. 3754 <br /> 12-15-61 No. 3850 All outstanding bonds As required Nov. 5-14, 1971 <br /> in Sec. 5, <br /> Ordinance <br /> No. 3850 <br /> Section 6. It is hereby found and declared that in order to <br /> take advantage of the present market in United States Government obliga- <br /> tions and also to provide necessary safeguards for the investing and <br /> disposition of the moneys which will soon be received from the sale <br /> of the water revenue refunding bonds of the City issued pursuant to <br /> Ordinance No. 3945, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this <br /> ordinance is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and <br /> after its passage, approval and publication as required by law. <br /> PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett, Washington, at a regular meeting of said Council duly held <br /> 6. <br />
