Section 13 . The money in the Water System Fund shn'_'__ <br /> be disbursed in the following order of priority: <br /> a. For normal costs of maintenance and operation of <br /> the System. <br /> b. To the Everett Special Water Revenue Bond Redemption <br /> Fund No. 7 and the reserve account therein, in amounts each month <br /> sufficient to meet the requirements of Ordinance No. 3380 of the <br /> City to pay and secure the payment of the principal of and in- <br /> terest on the Prior Lien Bonds . <br /> c . To the 1957 Bond Redemption Fund, in amounts each <br /> month sufficient to meet the requirements of Ordinances Nos . <br /> 3633, 3754 and 3816 of the City to pay and secure the payment of <br /> the principal of and interest on the Second Lien Bonds, if any <br /> of such payments ever become necessary to effect the redemption <br /> of all of such Second Lien Bonds as hereinbefore and as in Ordi- <br /> nance No. 3946 of the City provided . <br /> d. To the 1961 Bond Redemption Fund, in amounts each <br /> month sufficient to meet the requirements of Ordinance No. 3850 <br /> of the City to pay and secure the payment of the principal of and <br /> interest on the Third Lien Bonds, if any of such payments ever <br /> become necessary to effect the redemption of all of such Third <br /> Lien Bonds as hereinbefore and as in Ordinance No. 3946 of the <br /> City provided . <br /> e . To the 1963 Bond Redemption Fund and the Reserve <br /> Account, in amounts each month sufficient to meet the require- <br /> ments of this ordinance to pay and secure the payment of the <br /> principal of and interest on th Bonds . <br /> f . To any water revenue bond redemption fund or funds <br /> and reserve account or accounts which may later be created for <br /> the purpose of paying and securing the payment of the principal <br /> lg. <br />
