p <br /> • <br /> payable from the money in such Fund, including but not being <br /> limited to the Prior Lien Bonds and the Bonds; provided, however, <br /> that normal and proper payments made for services performed for <br /> the Water Department of the City by other City departments and the <br /> employees thereof shall be considered as a normal cost of mainten- <br /> ance and operation of the System. <br /> Section 16. The right of the City reserved in Ordinance <br /> No. 3633 to issue the remaining $504,000 of water revenue bonds on <br /> a parity with the outstanding Second Lien Bonds is hereby in all <br /> respects canceled and rescinded. <br /> Section 17. The sale of the Bonds to Blyth & Co. , Inc . <br /> and Wm. P. Harper & Son & Company, investment banking corporations <br /> of Seattle, Washington, at par and accrued interest, if any, to date <br /> of delivery, and under the terms and conditions of the Bonds as set <br /> forth herein, is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed. <br /> Section 18 .
