I have never received a response to that request(bottom of Page 3 on my letter).
According to the CIty's website, the Permit file number for this application(referenced in your letter of Dec. 30)
is Permit#PW 1611-028. It appears the statutory deadline to appeal this decision may expire tomorrow or the
next day, depending on when the permit was issued. Since I have never seen the decision, and it is not available
online, and a copy has not been provided to us by the City, I am not entirely sure of the deadline date.
I am writing to request that Public Works immediately send me,via reply electronic mail, a complete and true
copy of the permit decision for File No. PW1611-028 or any other application concerning the Port of Everett's
Railroad Phase II project, along with a copy of the Notice of Application and any publication of that notice by
the City. Time is of the essence in receiving your reply by electronic mail. The CIty's further lack of response
to our request for a copy of the decision may adversely affect our clients'procedural rights.
I look forward to the courtesy of an immediate reply.
Thank you.
Tom Ehrlichman
1
