GeoTest's services took place from <br /> April 24, 2018 through November 7, 2018. Our testing and inspections included the <br /> following scope of work: <br /> TEST/INSPECTION ITEM REFERENCE <br /> Field Density-Moisture Reports FD001 — <br /> • Earthwork FD011; Sieve Analysis Report SA001; Sieve- <br /> Proctor Reports SP001 — SP006 and Soil <br /> Observation Report S0001 <br /> • Reinforced Concrete Concrete Break Reports CB001 —CB009; <br /> Inspection Reports IR004 & IR009 <br /> • Structural Steel Structural Steel Inspection Reports SS001 — <br /> SS003 <br /> • Lateral Framing Lateral Framing Inspection Reports LF001, <br /> LF002 & LF003 <br /> • Proprietary Anchors Adhesive Anchor Inspection Reports AA001 & <br /> AA002 <br /> Al work requiring special inspection for the project to date has been completed. To the <br /> best of our knowledge the inspected work is in conformance with the approved project plans <br /> and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building <br /> Code. Al related laboratory tests performed by GeoTest have met or exceeded the <br /> minimum test requirements. <br /> This is GeoTest's final special inspection and testing submittal for the Cargo Transit Shed <br /> Relocation project.
