<br /> GeoTest was onsite to perform sampling/testing of the concrete placed and inspect the
<br /> reinforcing steel for the above-referenced item. The concrete was placed via the truck chute,
<br /> internally vibrated, and was hand finished (light broom). All reinforcing conformed to the
<br /> approved plans (S1.2, S2.1, S5.1) and specifications, except for the following item:
<br /> • Vertical reinforcing for the future concrete stem walls (and shear wall end column base) at
<br /> Gridlines B/2 and D/2 were not in place. The contractor will discuss possible solutions with the
<br /> Port of Everett and KPFF.
