<br /> INSPECTION OF:Reinforcing Steel for Shear Wall Footings from Gridlines B-D/10-11
<br /> GeoTest was onsite to provide special inspection of concrete reinforcing steel for the
<br /> footings/grade beams from Gridlines B-D/10-11. The weather conditions at the time of our visit
<br /> were 68°F and sunny.
<br /> At the time of our inspection, all reinforcing steel (from Gridlines B/10-11) and formwork were
<br /> complete. All reinforcement was found to be in conformance with the approved structural
<br /> drawings (S1.2, S2.1, S5.1). The contractor/Port of Everett were informed of the results of the
<br /> inspection. GeoTest will return upon request for concrete placement inspection.
