The previous site plans were submitted for Acme Homes, <br /> Bob Cummings. However, the new owner of the lot Gordon Homes, LLC has proposed to <br /> construct a different building which is requiring the updated site plan. <br /> After comparing the previous site plan to the new proposed layout, the new layout proposes to <br /> increase the roof and driveway surfaces by 313 sf. Per the approved short plat drainage <br /> design, the maximum allowed impervious area per lot is.4,210 sf for roofs and driveways. The <br /> new layout proposes 3,998 sf of roof and driveway surfaces. Therefore, the proposed layout is <br /> below the maximum allowed impervious and within the original impervious assumption for this <br /> lot.
