There is no change to the <br />scope of work or the compensation amount. <br />Project summary statement: <br />This Amendment No. 1 extends the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with LA <br />Consulting Incorporated through December 31, 2021. Through this PSA LA Consulting is <br />providing Asset Management Program improvement consulting services and assisting <br />staff in procurement of a new Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). <br />This extension is requested due to Covid related delays and new information gathered <br />thI ough the project that have extended the schedule for support from LA Consulting. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement <br />with LA Consulting Incorporated for the Asset Management Improvement and Computer <br />Maintenance Management System Replacement Project extending the completion date <br />to December 31, 2021. <br />
