In light of the pending <br /> improvements to the treatment works over the next several years, the timing for this improvement is critical. <br /> Brown and Caldwell has competed the design of the Maintenance Building. Utilities is prepared to Call for <br /> Bids to obtain the services of a contractor to construct these facilities. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Call for Bids for the construction of the Water Pollution Control Facility Maintenance <br /> Building. <br />
