March 4, 2020 <br /> Phase 2, Phase 3, and Rucker Water Main Replacement in the amount of <br /> $708,861.41. <br /> Council Member Murphy questioned the additional time, supplies, and funds <br /> needed for this change order. <br /> Ryan Sass, Public Works, provided an overview of the change order. <br /> Considerable discussion ensued regarding the funds needed, the timeline for the <br /> project, concern for residents in the project area, noise variances, and the supplies <br /> used to complete the project. <br /> Council members discussed holding an executive session to address the change <br /> order. City Attorney Hall stated an executive session would be scheduled after <br /> legal analysis and with appropriate staff in session. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Bader, to <br /> table Change Order No. 3 to the Construction Contract with Jansen Inc. for the <br /> Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvement Project Phase 2, Phase 3, and <br /> Rucker Water Main Replacement in the amount of$708,861.41. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Tuohy <br /> who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Local Transit Service Analysis—Phase 2 <br /> Presented by Paul Kaftanski, Administration <br /> Council Member Bader requested the December transit workshop documents. <br /> Mr. Kaftanski stated he would provide to Council. <br /> 67 <br />
