March 4, 2020 <br /> Phase 2, Phase 3, and Rucker Water Main Replacement in the amount of <br /> $708,861.41. <br /> Council Member Murphy questioned the additional time, supplies, and funds <br /> needed for this change order. <br /> Ryan Sass, Public Works, provided an overview of the change order. <br /> Considerable discussion ensued regarding the funds needed, the timeline for the <br /> project, concern for residents in the project area, noise variances, and the supplies <br /> used to complete the project. <br /> Council members discussed holding an executive session to address the change <br /> order.
