ky. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3365-14 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Morrow House Tenant Improvements", Fund 354, Program 020, <br /> as established by Ordinance No. 2676-03 <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Morrow House Tenant <br /> Improvements", Fund 354, Program 020, was established for the design,planning, <br /> engineering and construction of tenant improvements at the Morrow House; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the "Morrow House Tenant Improvements", Fund 354, Program 020, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Morrow House Tenant Improvements", <br /> Fund 354, Program 020, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Design, Planning, Engineering and <br /> Construction Costs $128,720 <br /> Total Costs $128,720 <br /> B. Revenues <br /> Fund 354-CIP3 $128,720 <br /> Total Revenues $128,720 <br />
