0011111P <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3368-14 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled,"112th Street Pedestrian Safety Improvements,"Fund <br /> 303, Program 084, as established by Ordinance No.3131-09 <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"112x'' Street Pedestrian Safety Improvements <br /> " Fund 303, Program 084, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"112th Street Pedestrian Safety Improvements" Fund <br /> 303, Program 084, as established by Ordinance No. 3131-09, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "112th' Street Pedestrian Safety Improvements"Fund <br /> 303, Program 084, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Project Costs $ 65,008 <br /> Total Expenses $ 65,008 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Federal Grant-HSIP 2588(002) $ 65,008 <br /> Total Revenues $ 65,008 <br />
