August 5, 2020 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts provided an update from the Washington State Auditors <br /> exit conference. He also encouraged citizens to respond to the U.S. Census and <br /> stated that in-person Census canvassing was reduced by one month due to the <br /> COVID-19 pandemic. <br /> Council Member Vogeli provided an update from the Casino Road Stakeholders <br /> meeting held July 28. <br /> Council Member Vogeli requested a briefing from staff regarding temporary use <br /> permits. <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper stated he will work on scheduling this for a future <br /> meeting. <br /> President Tuohy stated she will work with staff to make sure all Council questions <br /> are answered during the temporary use permits briefing. • <br /> Council Member Moore thanked Council and staff for resuming the regular council <br /> meetings schedule. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided an update from the Budget Subcommittee <br /> meeting held earlier this evening. He requested an update on the opening of the <br /> Grand Avenue Park Bridge.
