ORDINANCE NO... 3937. AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 667, for the improvement of: COLLEGE AVENUE from 47th Street to Woodlawn Ave., by the construction of asphaltic concrete pavement thirty-six feet (36' ) in width including gutters, by the construction of P.C. concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of the street, by the ,; installation of necessary drainage facilities, by the construction where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and i hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by doing such grading or regrading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, (fall in accordance with Ordinance No. 3900 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, ;! tracts, and parcels of land or other property as shown on said ; rolls, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing ",! the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 667 for the improvement of: COLLEGE AVENUE from 47th Street to Woodlawn Avenue Tby the construction of asphaltic concrete pavement thirty-six feet ; (36' ) in width including gutters, by the construction of P .C. concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of the street, by the . installation of necessary drainage facilities, by the construction where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by doing such grading or regrading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3900 of the City of ` Everett, as the same now stands be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 29th day of April ' 1963 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds , required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract , and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection. -1-
